Amendments & Restatements

Additional Services
LLC Formation
Starts at $2,500 (varies by complexity). Includes Operating Agreement, Tax ID Number (EIN), and registration with New York Secretary of State.
Corporation Formation
Professional incorporation services: Articles of Incorporation, Corporate Bylaws, Initial Board Resolutions, Stock Certificates, Tax ID Number (EIN), and registration with New York Secretary of State.
Company Conversions
Convert your business entity type: conversion planning and strategy, filing of conversion documents, updated operating agreements or bylaws, tax considerations, and compliance with New York state requirements.
Flat Fee Structure
Transparent pricing with no surprises. 4 meetings included (Family Wealth Planning Session, 1-hour Online Document Review, Signing Meeting, Family Wealth Passages Meeting). Additional meetings available whenever you need them. Personal residence transfer included in flat fee trust plans. Additional New York properties: $500 per transfer. Out-of-state properties: $500 per state for attorney coordination.
